Procedure :

• Application (By Post) :

  Please send the crossed cheque made payable to “ Heepon Company Limited ” together with your signed application form and return envelope with stamp to “1802, Wing Kwok Centre, 182 Woosung Street, Jordan, Hong Kong”. In your envelope, please mark with “Course Application”. (No Postal order is acceptable.)

  If the information contained in the application is incomplete/  erroneous or without  any given returned envelope, we reserve our rights not to accept it, and return it upon your request at your own costs. (We may handle all return application only after the formal registration)
  
  Notes :

  1. We accept no responsibility of any delay in your application date arising from mail delivery in error caused by your assigned / entrusted postal / mail delivery service.
  2. Please write down your name, course number and contact number on the back of the cheque.
  3. For application (By Post), please inquire us by phone for your application’s result.

  
  

• After enrolment, please attend your course at the time and date as stated. You will be informed separately of the change, if any.
• All paid course fees are non-refundable.
• For course cancellation, please collect the refund of your course fees by showing our official receipt for verification in our office within a month. Otherwise, it will be nullified.
• For special circumstances, we reserve our rights to change our lecturer, the date and the venue.
• Owing to CPD course requirements, you are required upon request by our staff to present your identity card for verification.
• The course is for enrolled applicant only. It is non-transferable.
• No eating and smoking during the class.
• Please take good care of our training facilities, pay attention to class discipline, and do respect other attendees and lecturer. Otherwise, we reserve our rights to rescind your attendance, and not to refund your course fees.

1. Purpose of Personal Information Collection
   All personal data collected in the application forms of the Company will only be used for processing the related application.
   
   
2. Provision of Personal Information
   The applicant is responsible for providing correct and up-to-date information to the Company. In case of any changes to the information in the application forms, the applicant must contact the Company as soon as possible.
   Please note that it is mandatory for the applicant to provide personal data marked with asterisks. For the event that the applicant does not provide suck personal data, the Company will not be able to process the related application.
   The applicant may decide whether to provide information not marked with asterisks.
   
   
3. Transferal of Personal Information
   The Company will not transfer the personal data collected to any third party, unless the individual concerned has given express consent for a change of use of data or such use is permitted by law. However, in case the Company is only processing the application on behalf of another organiser, the Company may transfer the personal data collected to the related organiser when processing the application.
   
   
4. Access to and Correction of Personal Information
   The applicant has the right to request access to and correction of their personal data.
