Dr. Wong graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and other overseas Universities, holding Master Degrees both in Law and in Business Administration, a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, a Doctorate of Business Administration, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Insurance. He is also a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.
With 40 years of practical experience in general insurance, he has worked in various capacities such as strategic planning, underwriting, claims, reinsurance, product development, technical training, legal compliance, and information technology, in numerous leading composite insurers and insurance broking organizations in Hong Kong and China. Currently, he is the Director of a loss adjusting firm specializing in loss recovery.
He is focused on CPD courses for insurance intermediaries, and frequently serves as a guest speaker for seminars and workshops organized by insurance associations on topics such as general insurance, agency law, tort law, insurance law, and risk management.

Mr. Herratt has over 30 years risk management and insurance experience. He has held senior management positions in London, Stockholm, the Middle East and Asia, working with major insurance and reinsurance groups, large industrial corporations, specialist risk management consultancies, niche medical insurance providers and capital providers to the insurance industry. He has held Non-Executive Director positions with asset management companies. He is a nominated lecturer for the Chartered Insurance Institute and a regular conference speaker and seminar facilitator.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute by examination and a Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management. He has been working in Hong Kong and the Asia region for more than 25 years.

Frederick is a seasoned banker with over 30 years of career experience with notable banks in Hong Kong and China. He held various senior positions, including regional corporate head and branch general manager in HSBC, DBS, and OCBC, as well as representative in the China Banking Association and Foreign Bank Division under the regulatory body of CIBRC. Frederick has extensive knowledge and expertise in areas such as management, corporate governance, compliance / AML matters, and insurance practices. At the same time, he has also involved in cross-border M&A transactions and VC investments.
Frederick graduated from University of Hong Kong, with a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree and an Associate Chartered Institute of Banker (ACIB). He obtained his management diploma from Peking University. Currently, he is an authorised Hong Kong Insurance Agent and directors in a boutique M&A firm and a crypto platform.

Elizabeth is certified trainer, career and life coach. As a professional trainer, her core expertise ranges from team-building, leadership, presentation skills, coaching, and resilience training on mindfulness. She is a certified DiSC Trainer on behaviourial assessment in workplace, certified ‘Power Presenter’ and certified ‘8-skills coaching program’ for managers. She has conducted professional training and workshops in various organizations, multinational companies and higher education institutions. In her previous corporate roles for over past 15 years, she has been serving as a senior marketing and business development professional with strong expertise in key account management, business development in cross-cultural settings, event management, marketing communications and new product launch. Elizabeth graduated from two top business schools in Asia with a Master of Science in Global Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management of Organizations.

Mr. Chan is a veteran and professional insurance executive. He had been the Chief Executive of two major local insurance companies and also as Chief Executive of one major international insurance broker and two renowned local insurance brokers till he takes on a semi-retirement role as Senior Consultant after serving in insurance industry for more than 37 old years.
Mr. Chan holds the Associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Associateship of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator, Bachelor of Social Science (Honors), Master of Business Administration as well as Bachelor and Master degrees of Law.

Lecturer
Mr Gary Wong is a claims professional with extensive experience and broad knowledge in general insurance. Of which, he has a keen interest in liability claims and to date his practice is focused more on motor liability claim and uninsured loss recovery. He had served in different senior posts at claims department of local and multinational insurance companies, and has been working in insurance industry more than 30 years both in Hong Kong and England respectively.
Mr. Wong was graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University (former Hong Kong Polytechnic), and has been qualified as Fellow at The Chartered Insurance Institute since 1990.

Annabelle Wong is a dedicated legal professional with a strong academic and professional background. She graduated from the University of Hong Kong, earning degrees in both Law and Government Studies. She furthered her education with a Master's degree in Translation from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Annabelle is a solicitor registered with the High Court of Hong Kong. She has extensive experience in the legal field, having worked at international law firms where she specialized in Employment Law. Her expertise in this area has been invaluable in navigating complex legal issues and providing strategic advice.
Currently, Annabelle serves as an in-house legal counsel for a multinational financial group, overseeing legal matters in the Pacific Region. Her role involves managing legal risks, ensuring compliance, and supporting the business with her legal acumen. |
